Welcome to our website.
We are very sorry to report that there is going to be ongoing, unscheduled interruptions to our business operation for the rest of this month (May 2025) as I navigate a very distressing time with a recent bereavement and one close family member currently under Hospice care.

Normal Factory shop hours and OPEN to the public is 10am-4pm Mon-Thurs.
$50 minimum spend does not apply to factory shop visitors.
Please phone ahead if possible as we can often be away from the business at short notice.
Pick-up option available Fridays and a/hours by prior arrangement.

Anywhere from 6 to 20 items. Large items like liquid soap refills weigh on average 600gm and jars of skin care usually around 250g, most other items are very light so you can actually get quite a large order in one shipment. The website will calculate the shipping weight as you check-out.

It is worth noting that our online store does not hold any payment information so your password can be simple and easy to remember. Something like “my favourite cream is avocado” no spaces of course!
