Especially formulated for baby’s delicate skin this cream is also popular with adults. Containing oils rich in Vitamin A, D and E combined with the healing powers of Calendula make this cream very effective in the treatment of all skin ailments.
TIP: no need to apply all over after every nappy change, so concentrated we recommend a light application to any irritated area only. Great for eczema, nappy rash, chaffing, cradle cap and more.
As we are now required to place a warning notice on our products containing the ingredient Sodium Borate. This notice reads  “not suitable for use under 3yr” which, as you will agree, is both contradictory and ironic so we created an alternative Baby Cream formula.

Two different Formulations are created so that each customer will have the choice to buy either Baby Cream (original formula) or Baby Cream ( Sodium Borate free).

RE-FORMULATED Feb 2021 : The Cosmetic Products Group Standard & EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) now require a WARNING label to be applied to any product containing Sodium Borate (our previously used emulsifier) this label must state “Not to be used for children under 3 years of age”.

This is due to the use of Sodium Borate (we use it at less than 1%) which is below the maximum permitted 3% for any product applied to the skin. NZ labeling laws are aligning themselves with EU labeling laws and have introduced this warning, the EU are working toward banning Sodium Borate altogether so we are being forced to re-formulate all our creams that contain this ingredient.

Although we do not support that Sodium Borate is in any way dangerous (boron is a mineral of which our soil is deplete) the Sodium Borate we used was supplementary grade and suitable for human consumption however, we have no choice but to comply with these new regulations. As you can imagine such a warning label on a Baby Cream kind of defeats the purpose for which this cream was designed. Therefore, we reformulated. The other ingredients remain exactly the same, same quality, same ratio, all organic!
